WEll, Good Morning fellow STJ junkies...got home late last night and I am too depressed to write anything now. Over heard one of my twins telling her friend, " Well, now my Mom will write a trip report, be depressed for 2 weeks, and then start to look at villas for next year. She;s addicted". She knows me well. I will be back soon and give you all the "fix" you need!

Welcome back; can't wait to hear of your adventures. Tell your daughter we all suffer like that when we come "home"...it's just part of the island magic.

Welcome back.
We are all addicted and it is hard for the kids to understand.

When I asked my daughter what I would do after our trip instead of constantly check these boards, she wisely said "Book next year's trip".

I feel your pain, I'm still bumming from my April 1st return.
RonL's trip report did light a fire so to speak. An hour ago, I tracked down my last Painkiller ingredient needed...tonight I return to STJ, if only through the taste of that great drink.

Welcome back Suzi!
I am sorry you are down - would it help you to know that probably 99% of us feel that way when coming back from the paradise that is St. John? (not sure about the other 1% - hmmmmmm - there is just something wrong with them!

)
Just try and focus on future trips and be GLAD that you are a little sad to be home - for if you were happy, that would probably be an indication you didn't have a great time
Plus - SUMMER IS COMING!! That is usually a happy time for many people (ME!!!) Just not needing a jacket & polar fleece every where I go makes me happy... that and longer daylight hours, grilling, gardening, beaching or pooling, boating.... ahhhh... not quite the joy of St. John, but it's still a happy fun free-feeling time!
ENJOY!!!

Glad you're back and had a great time. It's only the 're-entry blues'

that you're going through. We've all been there and the good news is you know you have us to support you and get you through it.

You'll get to relive it all as you tell us about your adventures on STJ! We will wait patiently to hear about your trip.
Now empty those suitcases and start that laundry while you begin to compose your story
