Cruz Bay Restaurant - 13?

Has anyone ever heard of a restaurant in Cruz Bay called "Thirteen"? A friend says he had the best meal of his entire life there, but I can't place it.

Restaurant ' 13 ' is on the Northside of St Thomas -- for sure not near Cruz Bay -- very good, owner operated and closed Sun& Mon. 774-6800 Dinner only

Thanks Exit! I wondered about that because I didn't think my friend made it to STJ. Well, for what it's worth he's giving Restaurant 13 a high recommendation!
