Hi everyone - My husband has started to read STJ books and is also getting excited for our trip. He loves a good Bloody Mary so where is your favorite place for a Bloody Mary?

Thanks Bev - I am sure we will have them at the villa/pool too! Last time my husband made Bloody Mary's I had a really good sleep!! Good thing the kids are old enough now to take care of themselves  We will have to start experimenting at home!!

Betty had mentioned that she went to brunch at the Fatty Crab and she said the Bloody Mary's were spicy and strong. Sounds good to me!

Sundays at the Banana Deck, they set out a make your own Bloody bar. They put everything out to make it exactly how you want yours. I love it.

Fatty Crab super spicy and good, but my favorite is the "Bloody Mary Bar" on Sunday at the Banana Deck, You get a good 18-20 oz glass and you pour your own :)
They have many different vodkas, some flavored, Gins, Tequila, caper berries, stuffed olives, celery, garlic, horseradish some of Ruth's spices, different tomato based mixers, clam juice, the list goes on!! Really incredible!!

Also have a mimosa bar, but I have never checked it out.

Brunch is very good, I have to tell you the chef at Fatty Crab eats lunch here 3-4 times a week, that is the sign of a good restaurant!!!

Had GREAT Bloody's at JJ's & Aqua Bistro, and heard Shipwreck has them both beat.
Do yourself a favor;- whether you are enjoying a "build your own Bloody Mary" bar, or making them at the villa, you've simply GOT TO try the "Another Bloody Day In Paradise" Bloody Mary mix that is found/ sold on the island.
We ordered a few bottles a couple of months ago from STJ Spice, and are lucky enough to be heading down in just over a week to restock.
It puts a delicious lemon pepper bold island flavor into your cocktail, and is a homerun, if you ask me.
Good luck, enjoy, and always
Smiles-
MJ

Thanks Jim - Will give this to my husband and hopefully stop by STJ Spice. We are so looking forward to our first trip with our family. I booked Rachel today so that is off my list.

I think The Banana Deck Bloody Mary Bar is now offered on Saturdays, as well as Sundays.
