Hawksnest Villa

We're hoping to go to STJ in early December, has anyone stayed at Hawksnest lately? DH and I have always wanted to stay there due to its location. Will we be ok with no AC in December? We just got back from STX and didn't use the AC the entire 10 days we were there, but last year on STJ in June it was unbearably hot with no AC.
