We're potentially going to be four rather than just two this fall. I love so many things about what I see in these three villas. Any comments/reviews??

I have stayed at both Colibri and Argonauta. When you say four, do you mean two couples? Because both of these houses have what I would consider a premium master bedroom. Could cause issues if you are splitting equally.

Both homes are wonderful in different ways. Colibri is recently renovated and has a larger pool than Argonauta, plus central air. However, all but one bedroom require going outside and down a flight of stairs for access (the master is attached to the main pod with an interior door). At Argonauta, the two masters both are via outside access--the best room is just across from the main pod and the other is down a short flight of outside stairs. The other two rooms are inferior in comparison--one has no view and the other is up a very tight spiral staircase.

John and I have rented both for just the two of us and the layout is comfortable for a couple--just using part of the house. We also once brought my parents to Argonauta and the layout worked great--privacy when needed, but also plenty of space to hang out together. Both have incredible views.

Yes, we'd be two couples. Thanks for the feedback. Equal bedrooms will be important -- so will the views.

there are two masters at Argonauta that are similar in size and bath amenities, and both have nice views. It is just that one requires going down a flight of stairs. This is the upper master view:

and the lower:
