I LOVE IT! very detailed - floor jacks, strong backs, etc. - have you done this before??? It really looks like you've done your home work, I know where I'm going for advice should I ever need it...

Great lessons for a tropical build site - and so far no snafus.
I totally get the saving money part - we have a shack in Rehoboth Beach and purchase most big ticket items in DE.
