Airport, ferry times etc..

So... I booked a cabin and my husband trying to fit it into his schedule for time off. I have been waiting for confirmation and watching the tickets go up! Now, I am afraid he cannot make it and I have to book airfare. To lower the cost I may take a flight that arrives a bit later. If I land in St Thomas 850 pm.. can I get ferry out of Charlotte? AND if I get a return flight at 9 am.. is there an early ferry to get me to the airport by 7ish from St John?? Darned airfare!! Thanks in advance!

You most likely won't be able to take the Charlotte Amalie ferry at those hours, but the Red Hook ferry runs until midnight, and I can't remember what time it starts, but I know I saw one come in to St. John at about 6:30 am.

No problem when you arrive as the last ferry is at midnight and you must be on the 6am for a 9am flight - no problem
