Looking for information on renting a 1 bedroom at Grande Bay. Has anyone stayed there before or have any suggestions on one to rent?
Thanks!

We stayed in a one bedroom at Grande Bay in January. I have a review up on the villa reviews section. It is called Sunsets and Breezes and I booked directly through the owner on VRBO. He was great to work with. The location of this unit is close to the construction of a building nearby by we weren't bothered by it.

I've stayed at Grande Bay 3 times (twice through Grande Bay; once through vrbo) and will be renting Tracy's unit next trip.

It's a great location, the units are nicely furnished and comfortable. The pool/hot tub area were rarely used. Nice fitness room if you feel the need to do that.

If you want to be in town, it's the place to be.

We have stayed at a Grande Bay one bedroom 3 times and have really loved it. Our favorite stay was at a unit called St John escape. The owners have a useful website at www.stjohnescape.com (vrbo 245798). We stayed there first as part of a wedding group and got to see several other units. We thought St John escape had by far the best views, furnishings, and privacy. Overall, the complex is so convenient and well managed-- you will love it!!!

This all sounds so wonderful - if it seems to be successful as these posts purport -- many more large scale condo developments seem to be a STJ style of future needed accommodation.

So, is that construction right next to Grande Bay on the town side? Anyone have a progress report on construction noise?
