Check out the Estate Concordia blog. Their new cafe and pavilion overlooking Salt Pond is almost done. We enjoyed staying at EC last year for our first week on the island and are looking forward to going back to enjoy their new cafe.

Very nice. I'm looking forward to checking out the new pavilion. Finally a place to grab a beer on the South Shore. I'd love a Fish Bay bar to match.
