Does anybody know when the late summer restaurant closings are usually posted? I know Ruth puts them up on her site but I'm not sure how far in advance that info is known.

Pretty sure Ruth posts them when she learns about them. For some restaurants, they know they will be closing about a month before they close. Sometimes less than that. And re-opening dates are even harder. It's not uncommon for that to change a couple of times
