Just finished watching this excellent, wrenching documentary. Has anyone else seen it?
I think it should be required watching for anyone considering a 'swim with the dolphins' excursion to see where and how many of these wonderful creatures are captured, and what happens to the others that are rounded up.
I'd be interested to hear the reactions of others who have seen it.

I saw this (ironically) on the flight from Tokyo back to Florence last summer. After all I read about it I frankly was expecting a bit more from the film - film wise.

I own the DVD. It is shocking and makes me want to burn my Sea World shirt!
I saw it on Oprah too and am friends with Louie Psihoyos on Facebook. Everyone should see it!

It is something that still haunts me. I agree that everyone should watch it. It is so sad and sickening what is done.

I saw it when it was on Animal Planet last summer. The scene that disturbed me most was the guy holding up the baby dolphin and killing it with delight to upset the protesters. I've worked kill floor in a slaughter operation (beef, pork, & lamb), my family raises beef cattle, and I'm a meat scientist so I am certainly ok with the consumption of meat, but only when animals are humanely killed, and there is nothing humane about what happens in The Cove. The way the dolphins are treated is reprehensible.
