That's a lot of snow! I grew up north of Syracuse-winters there are pretty brutal especially as you head closer to Lake Ontario which is where Oswego is. My folks went to Oswego State College-they said in the winter there'd be ropes between buildings so that you could find your way in the whiteouts ....
