Ok - I booked a 4 door jeep wrangler from STJ car rental. They do not do phone reservations so booked online. I did this yesterday for our trip in July. Do they send some sort of confirmation or do I have to call for this. I just want to make sure everything is lined up for July. I know STJ is very laid back so I guess I probably will not hear back is that correct? I know I am probably worrying over nothing but want our trip to be great.

They are pretty sporadic with their email replies. I did receive an email confirmation from them for our June trip/ As long as the deposit hits your credit card, you are good to go!

Hawaii - I'm thinking of booking with St. John Car Rental also. When you booked using their website did you just use the link to send them an e-mail request for the dates and vehicle type you needed? I couldn't find a reservation form on their website that worked.

Update - I now see a form under the heading "Credit Card-Insurance Forms". Looks like you must fill it out and fax it to them.

I always email them to check availability. They will respond with reservation/cc forms to send back.
