Hey guys,

We are on island now, and were just talking about going to Miss Vie's tomorrow? Can anyone tell me what her hours are, and how the snorkeling is out there on the East end?

She is open until 4pm. But she told me this summer that she likely runs out of conch by 2pm or so.

For snorkeling, last week we did Haulover North and it was surprisingly good. Princess Bay Mangroves were weird but fun. See my trip report for pics.

Have fun!

Only been out there a few times and always arrived before lunch. One day she was not there so we called from then on to make sure. The food is amazing, the beach lovely and peaceful (one of our favorites) and we had good luck snorkeling and even saw a turtle!!!
Call, to be safe!!!

We've arrived around 11 and set up on her beach. No need to bring chairs and she has chaise lounges. We ask when she'll be ready to officially open, and when she does, we wander across the road for the first (but not last) time of the day.
There is a fee to use her beach...around $2.50 per person, which you can pay with your lunch or leave the money in the box at the gate.
We're amateur snorkellers, but love snorkelling there, and Pelican Rock is nearby as well as Haulover. Have fun!

She usually opens at 10. If she is not open when we get there, we set up on the beach and walk over to pay her when we see her. We love Vie's - it is a great place to chill out and the snorkeling is great. It is the first place that we found a moray eel hiding in the rocks!

I think she's closed on Sunday and maybe Monday. Call ahead.

we ended up going yesterday. The food was wonderful, the beach was very nice, but the snorkeling wasn't the greatest. Not many fish at all. The water was pretty churned up as it was windy.
