Does this store carry everything we'll need to stock up our villa? Groceries, fresh seafood, rum, wine & beer?

Chelsea drugstore is on the upper level in the same complex and is a tad bit cheaper for sunblock, etc.

Where are you staying if it is out South shore Pine Peace and the new store across from the Westin will be cheaper

We are staying in Chocloate Hole.

So the new market is on the same side of the road as Starfish then just closer to the Westin?
