Hi All,

I am starting to plan for our fourth trip next year and it is going to be completely different from our last 3. This time around we will be bringing our 1 1/2 year old twins and my 65 year old parents. We are addicted to the Coral Bay area and have stayed at Astral Villa, Waterlemon Villa and Winsome House just to give you a sense of where we've been. I would like to go closer to the Salt Pond area where the Tourist Trap is but I dont want to stay at Concordia and dont want to go as far as Lamashur. Are there villas out there and if so can anyone reccomend a 2-3 bedroom; cost not more than 6000 for high season. Thanks!

AT,Windspree has a couple of places out that way, on Kiddle Bay.
LaSirena and Lil paradis. They also have a couple near MissLucy's.

Lagoon Pointe is a brand new villa that looks really great! It is managed through Marc Miller.

Lagoon Pointe is awesome! Know the owners. Incredible location! Cooling breezes pretty much constantly. I'd vote for there!

Thanks for the suggestions! Lagoon Pointe does look great but they dont allow small kids and we will have the twins and they will be under 2 when we go. Marc is great, we've rented a property that he managed before and would love to again.

Check out Amarilla Villa... Very near the TT, new to the rental market and a beautiful home..
