I think this might be the place that has opened up across from Island Blues.

Yes, that's the place and they like to party! We didn't go in, but when we were there in December they were adding outdoor seating and patio and just added a pool table I think. It looks like a liquor/beer store/bar combo to me! Find them on Facebook too, they post a lot!
