We just got back from 8 days at Villa Jumbie in Coral Bay. That island is just plain awesome! What else can I say. we snorkeled everyday and the biggest decisions we had to make were where do we eat and which beach do we hit today. We saw our first octupus at South Haulover, tons of turtles and stingrays. Waterlemon had lots of starfish and our one and only spotted ray. Lots of good food and good times. We had great food at Island Blues, Aqua Bistro and Shipwrecks. Sweet Plantains was way too rich for our blood. $2.00 for water when I pay $80. (both of ours) for a meal.....come on! It was back to Skinnys after that!
Our Villa was very nice but still in the breaking in period. We only had one towel each for the entire 8 days. Lucky we had a beach towel also and a washer and dryer! It is a beautiful house though with a great porch and pool. If you plan on cooking much you may want to look else where or bring cooking stuff.
We thought of all of you while we were there. The weather was great, the water was warm and the beer was cold. What more could I ask for!

Coming back really is a double edged sword, isn't it? Do you have any photos of the villa you stayed in?

Now you can work on a return trip! Start planning! It's never too soon for that! :D :D

I have pictures but how the heck do I get them on here is the next question! We rented Villa Jumbie through Cimmaron Rentals. It was really nice.

northerngal- I use photobucket. It's pretty easy! You upload them there (I use their bulk uploader to upload several at a time), then you copy the img code from there and paste it into your message here.

There are several other sites to do it as well, but photobucket is the easiest for me. Try it!
