We're seriously considering our first spring break/high season visit to STJ in late March/early April, so I'm in villa info gathering mode.

Any suggestions for a suitable (preferably cheap!) place for me, my wife, and our (will be by then) 18 year old son are welcome and appreciated!

Can't help with that one, but a nice cottage in Coral Bay is Periwinkle Cottage and a GREAT rate! We stayed here in 2009 with another couple and were very comfortable. A very convenient location, it's located up the road by Love City Mini-Market and has a great view. Only one bedroom has A/C.
