I'm going down to St John in Feb renting Island Time which is right on Devers Bay. I just looked at the new Google Earth pix and noticed what looks like a HUGE building area right across the street. Not the area where Pond Bay is but further down the road. Does anyone know what this is?? Is it something that is being built now?? I can't worry about it 'cause I'm comin' anyway. Just curious. Thanks and can't wait to get outta here and down there.

I think that's just a "villa", and I think it's finished.

There was a place under construction on top of the hill for a long time above Dolphin Run. You really can't see it from Island Time, except from the mouth of the driveway. You'll love the setting, great sunsets.
