St. Thomas or Bust

Greetings All --
My husband and I were excited to happen upon this site. We'll be in St. Thomas in 5 weeks -- I'll do a calculation of days, minutes later. We've both been to the USVI with our ex's (15 yrs ago) and have been in the BVIs together. From this site we've booked a sail with Daysail Fantasy. Their personalized response has been great!
We've rented a villa on the northside from Island Hideaways -- any worries there? I understand it is in a gated estate.
We'll be celebrating our 5th anniversary and are looking for a good place to celebrate. I extremely fond of Caribbean lobster -- used to snorkel for my supper when I lived in Florida.
Any tips or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
