Super secret special day!

Up early and enjoyed coffee on the deck. We packed a bag and headed to the National Park Dock to meet....
CAPTAIN JOHN and.......RUTH and RON!
After a short delay, yes Ruth I am talking about you  we headed off. The plan for the day was Soggy Dollar and that was it. Took some great pics on the way...

We arrived at SGD and found a table and planted ourselves. As we were sitting on the beach we were thrilled that our friends, Marie (Silverheels) and her husband Jack joined us from their charter boat.
We did a whole lot of nothing, had a great lunch and enjoyed the perfect day.

We had a great trip back with some more good shots

Here is my editorial...I love Capt John. His boat is comfortable, his knowledge is un-ending, and he is just a damn nice guy. He is good people and a good business owner and STJ is better for welcoming he and Sue to the island.

We bid our friends goodbye and headed back to Harborview for an incredible sunset

After the sunset, we headed into town and had dinner at Banana Deck, it was delicous, as always, and after a drink at the Quiet Mon we head back to Harborview. Our downstairs neighbor happened to be an old STJ friend, so he joined us on our deck for a few drinks.
We collapsed into bed...again forgetting that the AC would have drowned out the sounds of Cruz Bay..we don't learn easily.

What camera did you use? Those sunset shots are amazing.

In February, I met Capt John at the Soggy Dollar trash can. anyone that happy at a trash can must be a good guy.

Wow – the pictures are great. And I love that little dinghy in the background – what was that, a 60 or 70 foot yacht? I love the sunsets – thanks for sharing.
