Scuba Operators Catering to Small Groups?

After lurking for a while I decided to join up and get my feet wet (pardon the pun). I haven't been to St. John in about 8 years and was wondering if there are any dive companies near Coral Bay that cater to small groups. I have been diving with Dive BVI on Virgin Gorda for years and was looking for something comparable. Thanks in advance for your help!

I'm not aware of any dive ops that have a physical location (think storefront) in Coral Bay, but I believe that I've read that Collette, at Six Paq Scuba, does custom trips, so she may be willing to leave out of there, or at least dive near that part of the island if conditions allow.
Here's a link to her web site:

I have no basis for comparison to Dive VI, having never used them.
As with most ops, Six Paq Scuba has their fans and folks that definitely aren't. Do a search for scuba on the forum and you'll see some of the things people do and don't like about the various operations. If you've been diving for very long you know that there's a huge disparity in what divers feel is important to them, in rating a dive op.
Good luck!

I have so far never experienced any better dive operator than Dive BVI (especially on Virgin Gorda) anywhere. They are just the best.
Have been diving with 6 paq, Low Key and Chris Saywer on St John and they all have pros and cons. If you are looking at a small operation, 6 paq only take 6 divers (and of course it's a smaller boat). Agree with Augie, some love them and some don't.

I like 6 paq! Taking only six and the personal attention are great.
