trying to figure out this avatar nonsense

this is cypressgirls daughter and since my mom is computer illiterate I am trying to help her with her avatar. I posted a picture, but she said it was too large in comparison to the rest of the group ( sounds like she lacks in the self confidence department) anywayss sorry if our picture blows you away in size we are working on it.
