Bob Schlesinger reported 400 people at 7 p.m. He also took pictures.

On a side note to this, I posted this on the OT Board but many never look over there, so I'll re-post the link here. Ken, the driving force behind Thankspigging posted a yearly history of the event, and hassles, setbacks, and wonderful participation by the Coral Bay community to put it all together. There is a summary of each year's story on the left side of the page.

Thanks for that link JT - I spent an hour or so yesterday reading the history of each year. What a great event and I love how the "country" folk of Coral Bay invited the "City" folk of Cruz Bay to join them to reach a world record. Hopefully they will keep trying if it ended up being short!
