Monsoon.

Roads had been clear after Otto and the deluge, but the ground is super-saturated and anything can break loose at any time. Yesterday the waves at Maho were breaking over the road and Trunk was closed - waves washed up to the trees. Water quality is not good.

Wunderground shows some serious sh*t coming this way. Another rainy day in paradise.

So sorry to hear this, for you and for the island too.

Im very sorry to hear about the crappy weather when so many friends are there right now hoping to enjoy a hard earned week off. Ditto the painkiller suggestion.

This is a surprise (to me). I expected to tune in this morning and read about the great time everyone's having. It's sure been a wet late summer - early Autumn.

Rain, rain go away! Come again in a few days gently sprinkling between 2 and 5 a.m. to keep things fresh.

so so sorry for all of you vacationers on island...I honestly feel your pain...one day of rain when I'm on vacation sends me over the edge..hopefully, you can make the best of it
