Punkins are flying in Deleware today. Can't wait for the report. Alas, we are stuck in STJ and could not attend the festivities. My SIL and Squeeze rode the Harleys to the range. They're staying at the Rehoboth Shack tonight.
JT - did they shoot a mile? Or is that sea level air too thick? Maybe Leadville, CO...

We aren't going this year.I'm beat from working. It rained pretty heavy Thursday and I hear it was a muddy mess. One of my friends with a canon (MacDaddy) brings a big John Deere tractor with him and has been very busy, and popular, pulling various vehicles and machines out of the mud. No,Chet, no one has hit a mile in Delaware.

I can just imagine all those heavy cannons and tractors sinking into the mud & getting all off-balance! Ugh!

From all I've spoken to, it was a good year for me to have skipped, as it really was a muddy, cold mess. Also, no one topped 4000 feet this year, which hasn't happened in a while. The longest shot of the weekend was from the Adult Female Division and was 3755 feet. Gotta be hard for the boys to swallow that,eh?
