Thoughts on Jazz Villa?

We are considering renting Jazz Villa for our Winter 2011 trip and would love your thoughts on it. We need a minimum of 4 rooms as our party will consist of:
6 adults (my wife and me, my parents and my sister/bro-in-law)
5 children including a 6.5 yr old, a 4.5 yr old, a 3.5 yr old, a 10 mth old and an 8 mth old.
My thought was for the grandparents to have the downstairs exterior room (as they won't have any infants with them), the 3 non-infants will share a room (need a cot/air mattress) and the infants will share the room with their respective parents (need two cribs).
Is that too many people in this villa or does it fit our needs? It seems like its a good bang for the buck, so hopefully it can work out, but I'd love to hear any feedback - good or bad, about it.
TIA.

I stayed at Jazz Villa last November with 6 other adults and we all had plenty of space. What we really liked about the villa was all the bedrooms were so private. We loved the pool also as it was one of the largest I've ever seen on St John. I think that the living room/Kitchen area is really roomy for kids to run around in too.
Please feel free to ask any questions that you might have.

I haven't stayed at Jazz Villa but you may want to confirm the access to each of the bedrooms (interior vs. exterior only). When we traveled with little kids, a big requirement was that they either be able to be in the rooms with us (which is what we did - our villa had sofa beds in several of the bedrooms) or in a room that could be accessed from the interior of the house. You may want to check to see if the room with the older kids will be accessed from inside. If you're interested in other options that either have sofabeds in rooms, or interior access, there have been a few threads, but here are the ones I remember from earlier searches:
Vistaero (sofa beds - this is where we stayed)
Rendezview
Villekula
Ristaba
Croix Vista
Villa Rendezvous (not Rendezvous villa)
Le Lapin II
Island Manor
Ambiance
Amani
Crystal Seaview

We stayed at Jazz Villa twice.
There are three inside access bedrooms (2 on the main level and one down an inside set of stairs). the fourth BR has outside access.
the view and the pool are wonderful!

Thanks all. Looks like we have all but pulled the trigger on Jazz Villa.
I'm a bit nervous as we are bringing our family down to STJ who have never been. Our previous family vacations have been to AI joints in Playa Del Carmen and several times to the Ritz in Jamaica.
We are slowly prepping them for the whole concept of having to drive to the beach, cook some meals and generally go with the flow. I think they'll appreciate it, but ya never know.
To me, to a certain extent, STJ is like the Grateful Dead....if I HAVE to explain, you wouldn't understand.

Feb....couldn't pull my niece out of school, apparently at any other time, so I guess we'll see what its like when STJ is at its full capacity.
Not ideal, but its better than a sharp stick in the eye.
