We will we in St Thomas on Tuesday-is the Charlotte Ferry running yet to St John?

I phoned them on Friday and was told that none are running at the present time.

Oh Poop! We are staying in St Thomas this trip but pan to make at least 4 trips to St John from the Marriott.So now do you take the water taxi to Charlotte and then a taxi to Red Hook or a taxi all the way from the Marriott to Red Hook?

Call each day and find out if the Downtown ferry is running to STJ -- do not call it 'Charlotte' -- no one will have a clue what that means - in my 30+ years here not a single person has ever called Charlotte Amalie, [Town] by that single name in my experience. - A taxi from the Frenchmans Reef to Red Hook is shorter and about the same price as a ferry, or cheaper, if you are paying-- Reef to town-- as well.
