somehow my picture of Maho bay got changed off my computer and every new picture I try to put on is all distorted...any suggestions?

Depending on how the picture was cropped you turn off stretch and use center the only problem is that you will not have photo on your whole screen

so how do I get it to cover the whole screen without the stretch look?

You need to find out what resolution your screen is and enlarge or shrink the picture to that size. Then just pick "center" and it will fill the screen. A good free program for working with pictures is Irfanview.
