Question about Caneel

I read a post several months ago that Caneel would be closed in October. We love to snorkel there & were wondering if we would be able to park in their lot if they are closed. Does anyone know how that works?

It was the same last year. We have to park out on the road and walk in.

Last year on a day sail in October we took a dinghy right over to Scott Beach. Not a soul to be found! Excellent snorkeling too!
