I have to pass along that despite everything going on on St. John this morning, I just received a call from Les Otis at St. John Properties. He called to let my husband and I know that everything is fine at Grande Bay - where we are in the process of purchasing.

I know he and Pia and LMG are in the midst of hurricane recovery and I am certain he has many friends and family concerned for him. I had to pass along how wonderful it was to get his message - more to hear that they are all okay than anything else.

So, if you are in the market for a place on the island, I would highly recommend his services. I would have done so before the hurricane as well, this just pushed it over the top.

Tracy, I wondered about your place, and if you had made the purchase yet, and how Grande Bay fared last night. It is so nice that they tought of you. I am glad all is well at Grande Bay! Is sounds like the Virgin Islands weathered it ok.
