Cooking Light Magazine drink recipe

Don't know if this made it to the forum or not already, but the March issue of Cooking Light has a section on tropical treats. One of their recipes is for Frozen Lemonade with Coconut Rum:

"This easy-to-make drink is based on the bar specialty at the Fish Trap restaurant in Cruz Bay, St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands."

1 1/2 cups ice cubes crushed
3 tablespons frozen lemonade concentrate
2 tablespoons coconut rum (such as Malibu)
Lime wedge (optional"
Blend until slushy, yield 1 cup

For those who didn't need to know.... 172 calories of pure pleasure!
