USVI-On-Line

In the past when we've put liquor in our checked luggage we had to show it to the agent at the check-in desk and then show it again in customs. Since we'll have it in our big luggage it's sort of a pain to go through that. Is this still the procedure or have they simplified it since you can't carry it on anymore (unless you buy at duty free in airport)?

Never told them it was in my luggage just declared it to customs and they never have asked to see it.
