beach bar re-opening?

Hey there...any news on the beach bar re-opening??? Will it be sooner...or later?

I'm confused......did the Beach Bar CLOSE? Say it ain't so!

apparently...they closedon 8/2 to do a bar remodeling...of some sort....hoping they re-open during our stay...

they were open 3 weeks ago, nust be rehab work

They closed on Monday to re-do the bar. The new design will have a lot more space behind the bar and straighten out that funny crook by the blenders. I think it will be much nicer for both patrons and workers when it's all done. It was supposed to re-open on Monday....but I am thinking they are going to need some extra time (permit issues halted work on day one---oops).

I stopped by there yesterday and the workers said they were hoping for Wednesday. I told them we leave Saturday and they said that it should "definitely" be open by then. A trip with no Beach Bar could be quite traumatic 
They are doing a lot of work in there though- I'm sure it's going to look great.

fingers crossed for it to be open sometime during our 1 week stint...between 8/11 to 8/18...pleeez........that would be sublime!
