Hair & make-up salons

Anybody know of a good hair & make-up salon on St John?
Would also appreciate any "Don't go to _____!" advice if you have it!

I love Melanie at the Beauty Lounge, and the salon's owner, Saphia, is very friendly. Melanie gave me the best haircut I've ever had...I've never gotten so many compliments on a haircut. She's also doing my hair and makeup for my wedding. Beauty Lounge is across the street from the Lime Inn on the second floor, 340-776-0774.
I've also heard good things about Grapevine at The Marketplace, but couldn't personally vouch for them, as I've never been there.

Never did make-up or hair with the Grapevine salon but they were very nice to deal with for massage and body treatments!

I used to go to the Grapevine years ago and always had great luck. Again, this was oer 5 years ago, so things may have changed.

Can anyone tell me which of the beauty salons on St. John is closest to Into The Mystic? Or at least on the Coral Bay side of the island?

Th Grapevine is not open on Mondays, which I need Beauty Lounge seems to be in Cruz Bay. Sage said there were three salons on the island... Does anyone know the name of the third? And hopefully on the Coral Bay side...
