Welcome to our world. We have all the gangs mentioned in this video in our home town.
Luckily we just busted a huge drug group last month. They are everywhere you don't want them to be.

Had to go into our emergency room a few weeks back for a minor injury and was given gang signs from Bros that were threatening us. Told them to grow up verbally and not sure they understood verbal communication. Whatever.

Basically, it's everywhere. Not just the USVI.

Terry, I don't understand the last bit of your post -- you went to emergency and gang members were giving you signs? They were in the hospital?
