For those of you who knew him,
Miles died in my arms this morning.
He was thirteen.
He was my best friend.

We will have a memorial for him sometime next month.

I'm so sorry - friends such as Miles really brighten up our lives, and it's evident he did yours.
May the memories of good times with him help to ease the pain of your loss.

So very sorry for your loss. He looks like he was a wonderful friend. We've had many wonderful pets the years and I do believe in the Rainbow Bridge so perhaps that will bring you some comfort:

Condolences from Kentucky, Cheryl. My family and I stopped by last Sunday hoping to meet you and Miles, but didn't realize the Tourist Trap was closed. I've enjoyed seeing all his pictures and reading his stories over the past year or so. Miles was a special guy, and you helped him have a great life. I'm very sorry for your loss.

I am so sorry to hear this sad news. Miles was a great dog! I loved seeing him when I stopped by the Tourist Trap.
He loved sunning himself on the back deck.

No matter the length of time, our furry friends are never with us long enough. I was never fortunate enough to meet Miles but just seeing the picture you posted I am sure he had a wonderful life. My heart felt condolences to you and all that loved him.

I am so very very sorry. I lost my boy over the winter and I still cry. I know there are no words to make you feel better. Just try to remember the happy times.
