Where is Cruz Views? Palm Terrace?

Can anyone tell me exactly where Cruz Views and Palm Terrace condos are located? I'm familiar with the main Cruz Bay landmarks (Gallows point, Lavender Hill, Battery Hill, Texaco station (no longer there -- I know), tennis courts, Pine Peace market, Dolphin market, Jacobs ladder etc.) I can't quite figure out where these condos are -- are they walkable to Cruz Bay beach bar, Lime Inn etc.?

This map has both of them. Cruz views is a little further walk than Palm Terrace. Cruz views is also up a rather BIG hill.

We stay at Cruz Views for our 2nd of the year cheap trips. Everything that we need, no frills. Just up Centerline from Dolphin Market heading east. Go straight up the hill when Centerline road turns left.
The complex has an old cat named Sam, several large iguanas and a million Bananaquits and hummingbirds.
View overlooks Cruz Bay. Cheap decent digs for 2.
Its not a villa experience.

We stayed at Cruz Views for a week last December. Agree with the two responses on location and impressions of the complex. Comfortable, not fancy. Units 7 and 10 better than the others. Nice pool. WiFi. Very good sunset views.
We walked up and down the hill (Pocket Money Lane) every night for dinner in Cruz Bay. Just a few minutes' walk. The climb back up is strenuous, but certainly do-able; I had to stop 3 or 4 times.

Thanks for all the replies. I found cruz views on the map, but couldn't find palm terrace condos. Can anyone tell me where they are?

I believe Palm Terrace condos are across the street (Frangipani) from Battery Hill.

I stayed at Palm Terrace January 2009. The units are nice and it's an easy walk into town. I would recommend it.
