OK everyone, I have to confess I have never eaten at ZoZo's

but that is about to change
Tomorrow, Monday it's my birthday and we are going to eat there if the puppies can be left alone long enough for the little one not to do anymore damage to her injury - if you didn't know she had 6 stitches on Monday after an accident hiking and has since (twice) eaten them out despite a bandage, a taped on sock and a "lampshade" collar - she is so smart (proud mummy talking)
Anyway, my question is what is your favourite meal or "must have" selections - I am known for NEVER being able to make up my mind so if I have some idea's maybe it will be alittle less painfull for hubby
Thanks everyone
Pia

Happy Birthday.
We made it to ZoZo's for the first time on our recent (February) trip. I have no point of comparison as to what is the "best" but everything we had was good.
DH had the calamari (though he didn't love it - it is fried and it is not his favorite preparation). I had the Orange Salad - excellent.
For our entrees, I had the mahi mahi - it was served with arugula and very good, but when combined with the Orange Salad, it was a bit much. If I did it again, I wouldn't pair these two together.
DH had hte Osso Bucco and loved it.
Overall, I was impressed by the large portion sizes...so big that we had to (gasp) pass on dessert.
Enjoy your birthday.

Happy Birthday Pia!!
The antipasto for two is a great starter. It's big enough to share.

Pia,
Happy Birthday!! Osso Bucco is definitely my favorite at Zozos. The scallop appetizer was absolutely delicious. I had a steak special one night that was fantastic and I see they now have a veal porterhouse on the menu that I am going to try in April. For dessert - their chocolate lava cake is one of the best I've ever had - and trust me, I've had lots

Have a fabulous birthday dinner.

The broiled lobster tail stuffed with crab meat & spices was the best! All you need is champagne and a great St. John sunset up in the Crows Nest bar! But hey, you live there so you might not be as "blown away" as we were!
Check out our Youtube video and save yourself $250!!!

Happy Birthday! We have 43 days until our trip. I can't wait to meet everyone.
What I like at Zozo's- lobster raviolis, orange salad, Osso Bucco and tiramisu. I have also had a lobster entree and the filet and loved them also. The Osso Bucco is FINE! Share an appetizer and maybe even the salad so you have room for it!
