Another food opinion needed!

Hey all,

The baby shower brunch I was having, is now a lunch instead. So, I decided to do wraps. Here are my three ideas, but let me know if you have others. I'm only going to do one that is deli meat to respect the "no deli meat" during pregnancy rule.

1. Chicken ceasar wrap-mom to be's favorite salad

2. Turkey, BLT with avocado, (willing to change this)

3. pulled pork and smoked gouda...this is where I need help. What else would you put in this one. I really want to do pulled pork because we have a tiny bbq joint down the road that does awesome pulled pork and this will be one meat I don't have to prepare.

Thank you for all your input. I'm the entertainer in my group so I can't get many opinions around here!

Love the wrap idea!

I think I might put in some sort of slaw and skip the gouda.

How about one that is vegetarian!

Veggies including tomato and avocado and cheese and aioli mayo.....

I love the idea of pulled pork and slaw, I would skip the cheese on that one.

I also vote for a veggie. I like Hummus, avocado, shredded carrot, and tomato

No gouda with pulled pork. If you do that, some BBQ nut's likely to show up and start a-sumpin'. Slaw and pulled pork are a match made in heaven if you ask me.

For the Cesear, make sure not to make the dressing with raw eggs. Also a no-no for the pregnant.

Another vote for pulled pork with slaw. A cranberry-bbq sauce would be nice on this.

Ok, ok, I'll do the slaw with the pulled pork! :-) I do love that together.

Pipanale-around here they love the smoked gouda and pulled pork combo as a sandwich.

I love the veggie idea too!

oooh, hummus on the sanwich, reminding me of Deli Grotto and the "good lovin"...so what is on that thing....hummus, cucumber, red onion, tomato?, cream cheese? sprouts?

Gouda on pork, sounds like sissy food to me! Coming from the BBQ capital of the WORLD, Pip and I must defend the integrity of the "'Cue", wherever it may be!

('Cue on a wrap :? ???...guess we'll let you slide since it is for a shower) You have my permission. This time.

Definitely a veggie option. I'm not a vegetarian, but I won't turn down a good veggie wrap.

I make a roast beef/cheddar/red onions, dijon mustard wrap that people love.

Barbecue is a good idea. Definitely with slaw.
