I think I have it narrowed down to these 2 villas for next June. Does anyone have experience with either? Any suggestion, recommendations would be greatly appreciated. One other thing, for those of you that travel regularly when is the best time to book airfare? I am thinking for a June trip, somewhere around March/April. We would be flying out of Charlotte, NC more than likely. We are close to Roanoke, VA, but are willing to drive to save $100/pp. Thanks and God bless.

I'm not sure of this, but I think that Soul Island may have been named Island Manor previously, so you may find some reviews for that villa under the old name. Check with the rental agent to be sure.

i believe blue agave is on travelers way just below bongo bongo and will have similar but lower views. convenient location but looking at pond bay site. soul isl is on gifft hill just below and to the north of skyway. turn off ghill rd at coconuts and wind down hill past seawatch and another villa. great views to west from on high but not as convenient to cruz bay. we've stayed at cloud 9 nearby and drive home at night can be challenging if you plan to do lot of evening wining and dining.
blue a floor plan looks good but never been in either, sorry.

Don't know if you've found this topic or not, but I stayed at Blue Agave a few weeks ago.
