Does anyone know what was being constructed on the fery dock yesterday? The finished result is just out of range of the web cam.

I think I read somewhere that it is the new ' Mental detector' for anyone attempting to enter STJ with a bad attitude.

I cannot imagine having a bad attitude after my feet had touched down on the ferry dock.
