I always forget this little detail!
12/8-12/15, which seems like it is right on the edge of low season rates for most villas!
Thanks,
Tim

Im telling you, for an island so small, there sure are a helluva lot of villas to rent. Feels like I have been at this for weeks (oh wait, I have)!

I'm not a south side of the island gal so I don't have any first hand knowledge of most of your list but after looking at the websites, White Cottage looks the nicest to me. All bedrooms are kings so that tells me they must be pretty equal. The furniture looks pretty comfortable and the kitchen looks like it's nicer than many of the other villas. It appears to have a nicer view them some of the other properties. I like an east facing villa because you get the afternoon shade on the verandah and the house doesn't heat up like a west facing villa does.
The only ones that I know first hand are Mystic Ridge and Summer Wind and the bedrooms are not equal in these houses.

Le Lapin ll and Le Virage both have 2 equal master bedrooms but the rest of the bedrooms are smaller in size and some have twin beds. If your group consists of 4 couples, that may be a problem. If it's a family, it may not.
The road leading up to Le Lapin ll was a little bit rough but it was several years ago when we stayed there, so it may have changed by now. The pool is pretty large and accommodates 8 folks fine. The villa is not fancy but nice and airy.
In my personal opinion, Le Virage is ideal for 2 couples. Comparing it to Le Lapin ll, everything (the house itself, deck, pool, parking area, etc.) is more compact - though the quality of the amenities is a little nicer.

Summerwind is a very nice villa but very unequal bedrooms - the master is huge and spacious with a huge bathroom and indoor and outdoor shower - the other two bedrooms are on lower levels and although they both have their own bath they were much smaller and b/c of lack of sunlight or air circulation were very musty. The deck and outdoor areas are lovely and it was nice having both a hottub and pool. Not sure if the pool is heated or not - if not probably would be very cool in December.

We will be enjoying Mystic Ridge this fall - 5th, maybe 6th time there. Beautiful layout, and about the same distance from CB and Coral Bay, and 5 min from Maho. The 4th bedroom is by the pool and has 2 twin beds that can be joined to make a king. Sol Inclination would fit your requirements but it is a bit pricy for 4 couples.
