St. Thomas eating/drinking questions

We are spending our first day/night/next day on St. Thomas this year and I am thinking about where to eat lunch (twice) dinner and breakfast.
We are staying at the Green Iguana and will get lunch and dinner that first day. The plan for the next morning is to get moving as early as possible and grad breakfast and lunch downtown before heading over to St. John. (Our departure to St. John is already set so there is not possibility of getting lunch on STJ. We want/need to each on STT.)
I have had many recommendations for Gladys's and the Greenhouse. I can't find an address for the Greenhouse, not even on their website. I can vaguely picture it in my head. Can someone give me a landmark to reference the location?

Greenhouse is right on the waterfront in town. Can't miss it, it's all open air and has a parrot on it's sign. Amici cafe is also good, it's located in the A.H Rise Mall in town.

Bumpa's is also on the waterfront just down from the Greenhouse and it is a fun place to grab breakfast. It is actually upstairs from a Pirate shop and you sit outside where you can see the boats floating on the sea! It is very kid friendly. We love the grilled peanut butter banana and honey sandwich! Have fun! Glady's is on my list to try next time. Hook Line and Sinker in Frenchtown is good for dinner. I had the yellow-tail snapper and it was wonderful! Frenchtown is just past the skywalk on the Waterfront, head towards the ocean and past McDonald's! I think if you go to The Greenhouse's website you can find out their specials. I think you can get a Caribbean lobster for $20 on certain nights. Enjoy! I can't wait to see your TR!

Oh good lord! Pirates are THE reason we are staying on STT. Our 4 yo is mad for all things pirate. Bumpa's might be a must for breakfast.

Coming from town it is the 1st left off the waterfront road - heading west - it is NOT as far as the skywalk/school overpass. - They serve lunch and dinner at HLS and there are some great owner operated restaurants in Frenchtown - all within walking distance.
Do make sure your son sees the Pirate at Tickles in Crown Bay and check SOS on the waterfront by Palm Passage for Pirate Treasure too.
