Any opinions or experience with any of these villas??
Bay House, Fun & Contentment, Pink Horses, Villa Margherita, Tequila Sunrise or Drakes Lookout. Thanks, hoping to make a decision for our December trip soon! Appreciate you guys and all your input! Learn a lot on here!

I'm kinda' feeling Bay House for next year.
We stayed at Seabiscuit 2 years ago, and BH shares a common driveway.
I've been poking around, and can't stop thinking about this home. That and Aqua Bistro is, for some reason, my favorite bar on the island.-Breezy, quiet, and mellow...
Great location,-I love Coral Bay, and the price looks right.
Smiles-

Didn't Jorge stay at Fun and Contentment and I'm vaguely remembering that they didn't like it for some reason. Maybe someone else (or even Jorge) might chime in on that one. The other "must have" for me is a usable covered outdoor area. I think Fun and Contentment doesn't have a covered area.

I'm personally not a fan of having the pool a level away from the kitchen so that one thing that I look at. I like the look of and view from Drake's Lookout. If you don't mind queen beds it would be first on my list of your possibles.

Diana2 - that's exactly one of the things I didn't like about Fun & Contentment - that covered veranda sure is nice to have not only for some shade, but during rain, you can still enjoy outside! thanks!

We learned the covered verandah lesson some time ago. It's now a "must have" in any villa that we consider renting. We recently stayed at a house where the verandah was not covered and found that if the deck is not covered it pretty much useless. The sun is so hot and rain showers can come at anytime that a covered area to eat and sit and read is very important to us.
