Villa Jumbie

Looking for a budget Villa for next February (2 couples). Got to be 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Villa Jumbie looks great. Wondering if anyone has stayed there and can give me some thoughts.
Budget is under $2,250 for the week and if anyone has other suggestions - sure appreciate hearing them. I poured through VRBO this afternoon and have around 9 to research further.
