Any construction updates about the villa next to Sago Palms?

I've stayed at Sago Palms 2 years ago and hope to stay there again in 2011. I'd like to know from others who've recently been there how the construction progress is going next door at the re-built villa. When I was there they were making a lot of noise, but we got out and about during the day to try to avoid the noise. At that time all the concrete work seemed done and the first floor.

Stayed there this past November,2009.
AWESOME. They were still working on it, but we kept different hours from the workers;-(Going to beaches, etc...)
Never had any noise issues, and whomever we passed on that long driveway was always kind, relaxed, and pleasant.
Wonderful home!
I particularly loved how everyone in our party shared the same view every morning.-
Serenity & beauty as we looked past our toes at the North Shore while in bed...
Go for it!
Delicious, and then some.
Smiles-

A year is way to long to wait to
see St. John again. Smiles are packed and ready to go.
I will not be retracing your trip down the path, but
it will make me smile to remember your adventure.
I will give a toast to you and Amy from the
beautiful pool.

Thank you both for the updates. Wanda, have a great time and please report back on the construction progress next door. When we were there we did try to plan our days to be away from the noise. Unfortunately, a couple days we really just wanted to hang out at the villa, but had to endure the pounding and sawing next door. We still enjoyed the villa, but I hope the construction progress will get to a point of less noise.
