I've been wondering the same thing. First there was a long table with chairs. Now this tent is being constructed.

I cannot figure out how anything could be "projected" on that projector screen. Do you think it could be a poster stand?

Dang it...I told them I would be there on the 20th, not the 10th. They're just going to have to set it all back up in 10 days to welcome me now. Hope someone enjoys my beverages in that cooler.
Maybe someone said to "be there on the tenth" and in island speak they heard "be under the tent"???
