Where is a good place on STJ to buy key lime pie to buy and take to villa?

I've had Key Lime Pie at the Lime Inn and it is delicious. I'm sure you can get it to take out. However, take my opinion with a grain of salt as I have never had it before or since so have nothing to compare it too. All I know is it was worth every penny and I have it many times each trip.

Try Baked In The Sun - wonderful baked goods and whole cakes and pies and I know you can order one in advance and sometimes they have one already made in the display along with whole cakes...yummmmmy

Skinny's occasionally sells key lime pie but by the slice. Not sure if they'd be willing to sell the whole pie or not!

I dream about The Lime Inn's Key Lime Pie.
In fact, I want some right now.
You can definitely get it packed up to go. I know this from personal experience, as I do it all the time.

We purchased a whole Skinny's key lime pie last year to take to our villa. When I asked the waitress if they sold whole pies, she had to ask someone else. I don't know if they had an extra or if they always sell them. But it's worth checking out if you're there. I've had Lime Inn's and Skinny's and Skinny's is the best, IMO. It's not too sweet and not too sour. As Baby Bear says, "It's just right."

I agree that the Lime Inn has really good key lime pie. If you're looking to get a whole pie and the other suggestions don't work out, there's always picking up an Edwards Key Lime pie from Starfish-- not a bad substitute. Another option, you could bring me and I will make you one; every night if you wish. Ali~

It's across and down the street from Conrad Suttons Jeep Rental behind Pink Papaya. Does this help?

Yes. If you were leaving the Fish Trip, you'd turn left. The Lime Inn is about halfway down the street on the right. You'll see the Pink Papaya gift shop and a tiki-type bar. The restaurant is behind the bar. You can't miss it.
